Bright room in quiet family home – Monday to Friday

A bright, comfortable furnished room available Monday to Friday in a peaceful family home.
I live in the house with my two daughters, and we’re a friendly but quiet household. I’m looking for a female lodger who would appreciate a calm, clean and relaxed place to stay during the working week – ideal for someone who works in the area but has their main home elsewhere.
The room is light and welcoming, with a large window, plenty of natural light and space to work from home if needed.
This is a room rental within our family home, rather than a house share. You’ll have your own private bedroom and use of the kitchen and bathroom, but the family living room isn’t included as part of the rental. I want to be clear about that from the outset so that whoever moves in knows exactly what to expect.
We’re looking for someone considerate, tidy and respectful who is happy living in a family environment. The house tends to be peaceful in the evenings, so it would particularly suit a professional looking for a comfortable home-from-home during the week.
Monday to Friday only, with weekends not included.
