You’ll get an orthopaedic queen bed with underbed storage, a full wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets, desk and chair and your own sofa to chill out on on – everything you need for a restful retreat.

😎 Your Future Flatmates- You’ll be sharing with two awesome flatmates: Macy (20-Performing Artist), and Audrey (24, Art student from France). We're looking for a laid-back, friendly person to join the mix.

🏡 The House- Our beautiful 3-bedroom house has an open-plan kitchen and lounge, a spacious modern bathroom, and a cozy garden perfect for those spring and summer evenings with a glass of wine. The house has recently been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom. We’re fully licensed with the local council as an HMO (this is super important for your safety – don’t rent a room without this license!).

Just a 10-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market Station (Hammersmith & City Line) or a short 10-minute bus ride to Shepherd’s Bush Station (Central Line) – 2 stops from Notting Hill!
White City Station (Central Line) is only a 12-minute walk.
The area is super green and peaceful with two parks nearby, plus Hammersmith Riverside is just a 20-minute walk. Perfect for jogs and strolls.
Westfield Shopping Centre is only a 10-minute walk, and there’s a Sainsbury’s Local 2 minutes away.
