You will have a large beautifully decorated, ground floor room, accessed directly through the front door, with a period fireplace and bay window with breakfast table and chairs. Your private en-suite bathroom is newly decorated, with a rain shower and there is a private utility next to your room to do your washing and your own fridge in the kitchen.

We are a relaxed, professional family with one child, week days are very chilled and weekends we're out and about. The room and all the amenities are perfect for someone who enjoys space to do their own thing in a friendly, welcoming house.

Elmers End - (10 minute walk through the country park) 30minute train to Charing Cross, Lewisham, Kent, Cannon Street.

Frequent buses towards Peckham, Croydon, Crystal Palace, 176 to Tottenham Court Road is close by.

Free parking outside the house on the road. Bike lock up available.
