Spacious Double Room with garden in South Norwood

Please read the requirements carefully so to not waste either of our time.

I have a spacious double room to let. I am looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and responsible flatmate preferably a female, to share my cosy home with in South Norwood. I have a nice garden and some storage space.

I work from home most days, so I am looking for someone who does not work from home during the day. I work at the weekends, Sundays and some Saturdays, so I wont be around much on the weekends and the flat will be all yours :) Please note, this is an open planned space kitchen , dining table and sofa area. The sofa area is available for use at weekends when I'm not around.

Please note, this is not a party house nor an open door for visitors to walk in and out, it’s a mature household and overnight guests are not permitted, however I don’t mind guests occasionally visiting during the day/evening. This would suit a mature student or a professional who is respectful of other people space, and considerate when sharing with another person.

I am a mature single female, who is easy going, sociable with a sense of humour and down to earth personality. I welcome someone who is up for Sharing the occasional meal time and a glass of wine (although no obligation). :)

My property is walking distance to Sainsbury’s 5 minutes, Lidl 15 minutes and Tesco superstore 10 minutes walk (or bus 5 minutes)

Location - Very well connected to transport links. 2 minutes walk to bus stop with buses that go to East Croydon and West Croydon in 5/10 minutes, also also a direct bus to central London. 10 minutes walk from Selhurst and Thornton Heath train stations, with trains that go directly to London Bridge and Victoria.
