Spacious Double Room with garden in South Norwood

I have a spacious double room to let. I am looking for a clean, tidy, respectful, trustworthy and responsible FEMALE. flatmate, to share my cosy home with in South Norwood. I have a nice garden. I would consider a short term let minimum 6 months, which would be open if you wish to stay longer.

The rent is £750 a month.

I work from home 4 days a week, so I am looking for someone who works away from home at least 3 days a week during the day. I also another job at the weekends, Sundays and 2 Saturdays out of the month, so I wont be around much on the weekends and the flat will be all yours :) Please note, this is an open planned space kitchen dining table and sofa area.

Please note, this is not a party house, it’s a respectful household and overnight guests are not permitted, however I don’t mind guests visiting during the day/evening on weekends. This would suit a mature student or professional who is in full time occupation., and who is respectful of other people space, and considerate when sharing with another person.

I am a mature female, who is easy going, sociable with a sense of humour and down to earth personality. I welcome someone who is up for sharing the occasional meal time and a glass of wine (although no obligation). :)

My property is walking distance to Sainsbury’s 5 minutes, Lidl 15 minutes and Tesco superstore 10 minutes walk (or bus 5 minutes) and close to Thornton Heath High Street that has plenty of shops, cafes, resturants and amenities.

Location - Very well connected to transport links. 2 minutes walk to bus stop with buses that go to East Croydon and West Croydon in 15 minutes, also also a direct bus to central London. 10 minutes walk to Selhurst and Thornton Heath train stations, with train routes to to London Bridge and Victoria in 25/30 minutes.
