Double Room with EnSuite

Hello, We’re looking for someone to sublet my room and share our lovely home with me and my partner.

You’ll have a spacious attic double bedroom with plenty of storage space and your own private bathroom up the stairs so its quite separate area from the main area where we stay. - its like your own “house”. Please note that the room photos show how the room was previously decorated; the current room is more simply furnished and only includes the main essentials, such as a double bed, bedside drawers, chest unit … The house also has a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue.

We’re a clean and tidy couple who like to keep our home peaceful and welcoming. We’re looking for someone who’s equally clean, respectful of the space, and enjoys a calm environment.

We have a living room, which sometimes serves as a workspace for one of us, so at least 2 days of the week working from home during working hours can be private but just on that setting We appreciate someone who understands and respects that setup. However, outside of that you’re absolutely welcome to enjoy it at other times this is very flexible and communicative when living together so very chill

Also we got a sweet and very shy cat if you love cats and have experience that’s an added bonus!

We love cooking and trying new recipes, having cosy movie or game nights, and sharing laughs together. We’re also quite sporty, so don’t be surprised if you find us heading out late to the gym, going kickboxing, or trying out a new activity in the evenings!

We enjoy having friends and family over for dinner from time to time, so there’s always room for good food and lovely company. And if you ever have someone visiting, we have a comfy blow-up bed you’re more than welcome to use.

We’re all about good vibes, laughter, and creating a warm, welcoming home. At the same time, we really appreciate our own space and quiet moments, too, so there’s a nice balance between being sociable and having time to yourself

The house is just a 7-minute walk from Norwood Junction Station (only 10 minutes by train to London Bridge) with Selhurst and East Croydon stations close by. The area is full of amazing restaurants — especially if you love Caribbean food
