4 nights per week for a person who may work from home 1 or 2 days a week but needs a place to stay on a short or long term basis.

A clean and tidy professional for south facing double room with large bay windows, double bed/ottoman, double wardrobe, flat screen tv with Netflix etc, additional storage for bed linen and towels.

The lounge, kitchen and shower room is shared with myself. There is also outdoor space for the summer months ahead.

A person who likes to come home to a calm clean space after a long day and chill. Is happy to do their own thing but does not mind catching up for a chat or a drink.

The Country Park is 5 minutes walk if you enjoy green space and nature. South Norwood Lakes is also a short bus ride from the flat. Crystal Palace Football Ground is close by if you are an avid fan of football. Crystal Palace Triangle is a short bus ride with an array of restaurants and niche boutiques if you enjoy retail therapy.

There is a friendly local family pub on the doorstep. Sainsbury and Tesco Express are literally on the doorstep. There are independent shops in the high street.
