An individual who likes to come home to a calm clean space after a long day and chill. Is happy to do their own thing but does not mind catching up for a chat or a drink.
The Country Park is 5 minutes walk if you enjoy green space and nature. South Norwood Lakes is also a short bus ride from the flat. Crystal Palace Football Ground is close by if you are an avid fan of football. Crystal Palace Triangle is a short bus ride with an array of restaurants and niche boutiques if you enjoy retail therapy.
The Portland Arms is a friendly family pub a few minutes walk. Sainsbury and Tesco Express are literally on the doorstep. There are also independent shops in the high street.
