I've got a a bright studio room to let.

I call it a room as It's inside a family house but it has it's own bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchen with sink, kettle, microwave and small, two hobs electric cooker.

All bills, council tax and WiFi are included.
Very close to South Woodford station (central line, zone 4)
Close to good shops like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Mark & Spencer, coffee shops etc.

Very quiet and safe area.
The street parking is free and doesn't need a permit.

Price for the studio:
1 person - £240
couple - £255

There is an option for some additional paid work for housekeeping or baby sitting or for maintenance/repair work if somebody is interested as I work for few landlords.
