Spacious room in South Woodford in a flat share

I have a room in a shared flat designed for 3 people. I am staying alongside my friend and we are currently looking for a third person to fill the flat who is like minded and is wanting to stay until the end of June 2027.

The flat is modern and is kitted with all appliances you’d need as well as a shared bathroom of a good size.

The flat is just a 5 minute walk away from South Woodford central line station so is ideal for the commute. You can get to Stratford in 15 minutes.

There are plenty of amenities with a Sainsbury’s a few minutes walk away as well as plenty of food options within walking distance.

My friend and I are students going into our 4th year at university. We are hoping for someone who is tidy and will look after the house to the same standard that we do. We also work from home frequently so would appreciate someone who respects this. Feel free to drop a message if you’d like to get to know who you’d be living with!

There is also 2 other double rooms that are 800 and 900 pcm respectively if you are interested in a larger room.
Broadband council tax and water included, electric and gas split 3 ways.
