A large rear facing bedroom with lots of storage in a spacious three bed Victorian house.

It’s an ideal place if you’re socially independent, somewhat introverted and have a peaceful vibe. Internationals & students are very welcome.

I’m a live in landlord (british-Indian) but you’ll rarely see me. I’m semi-retired, neurodiverse, and my background is research, and I’m often away travelling.

The other lodger (female) has just graduated (textile print design) and is currently a barista. We also have a very sweet cat.

It’s in the heart of N16, Hackney. A few minutes from vibrant Stoke Newington.

The area is exceptionally safe, with numerous zone two transport options. It’s a 20 minutes cycling distance to the city centre.
There’s also large selection of independent cafes, green spaces, wetlands, farmers market & health food shops nearby.
