I’ll be away from London over Easter, so I’m subletting my lovely room from 27 March 2026 to 13 April 2026.

The room is bright and cozy. There is also a child’s bed in the room, which makes it ideal for someone with a child. The flat has two bedrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen.

It’s important to me that the person renting the room is clean, tidy, and comfortable sharing the flat with another tenant, who is a lovely girl and very easy to live with.

The flat is on the first floor and in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Stoke Newington Church Street, with cafés, bars, and shops just outside your door.

There is a bus stop right in front of the building, with direct buses to Oxford Circus, Angel, Highbury & Islington, King’s Cross, and Kentish Town.
