Two Jamaican-style jerk BBQs are available for housemates.
The live-in landlord is a music teacher, international entertainer, chef and horticulturist, with most musical activities taking place away from home.
THE HOUSEMATES
You'll be living with three mature professionals, including the live-in landlord. The household has Japanese, Jamaican and Chinese cultural backgrounds, with careers spanning education, architecture, catering and the creative industries. It's a sociable home where everyone respects personal space.

A bright, east-facing double room on the first floor, measuring approximately 13m².

• Large windows with newly fitted curtains
• Double bed available by arrangement
Single occupancy only -no couples or sharers.
RENT & BILLS
• Rent: £800 per month
