Room for rent in spacious Stoke Newington flat

Our lovely housemate has bought a flat 10 doors down and so we are looking for someone to fill a room in our Stoke Newington flat. The flat is right next to Clissold Park and near Stoke Newington Church Street.

The existing flatmates are 3 guys aged between 26 and 28, all professional workers and work in the office most days per week. We are super social and are looking for someone who is social, tidy and easy to get on with.

The room is super spacious and will come with a bed, mattress and a chest of drawers. Additional furniture might be available from our departing housemate.

The flat has two bathrooms, both with showers.

We can be flexible with start date, depending on when our housemate moves out in December or January.

Bus routes to central London in 35 minutes, a 20 minute walk to Highbury & Islington and 15 minute walk to Canonbury.
