We’re a super friendly bunch who love having a laugh, hanging out but also value a quiet, relaxing home and being respectful of one and other. 
We’re so lucky to make use of the outside space, especially in the summer where we have BBQs, warehouse meals and watch films on the projector. It’s our little sun trap escape from London madness, you’ll forget you’re even in the big smoke. Ideally looking for someone who is willing to be part of the community and make this space really work for them the way we have built a life for ourselves here.

We're a close bunch who love cocktails together on the weekend but equally appreciate our own space. We also have a warehouse dog called Fig! Who's a retired greyhound rescue.

Area:
We’re in a small community of creative warehouses with shared courtyard and lots of friendly faces. Light the fire pit and someone is always about to have a drink and a chat. There's always lots happening around in the various houses. 
We often all get together for drinks outside or to cook a meal and socialise. Equally we all respect each others space. It’s a great mix of good craic with a no pressure vibe.
Stoke Newington is vibrant, green and calm. Close by there's a variety of restaurants and pubs to choose from. We also have Clissold Park (10 mins walk) and Abney cemetery a 4 minute walk away which is a huge space with trails and paths running though it.

House:
The house is an old music studio conversion situated within a gated community amongst a number of other warehouses. It's fairly quiet though some of us play/make music. Half of us work from home and half in the 'office'. The house is a large space with an old grand piano, big kitchen, living area, and two bathrooms. There’s lots of storage and plants (more always welcome), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryers, gas hob oven and all the basic essentials.

Room:
It’s a big room with 2 windows, lots of light and room to work in. Everything has been recently decorated and you can customise the room any way you like!

Rent:
£1225pcm bills inc.

Deposit is 1 months rent
Deposit will be required to secure the room.
Then 1st months rent on the day you move in.


The room is available for long term stays, short term sublet and to couples for an additional £200 per month. We are looking for someone who’s passionate about making this their home.


We plan to do start viewing next week! We know searching for a new home is stressful so we think its better for us as well as yourself to secure a housemate soon after the viewings as to not long the process out.
