Hey all !
I am looking to rent out a spacious bedroom in a two bedroom flat which I live in just round the back of Stoke Newington High Street. All of the bedroom's furniture are brand new. Consists of a bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
It is a first floor flat which has a really spacious open plan living room/kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and TV. There is also a small balcony for anyone that smokes (no smoking indoors).
On the first floor there is a toilet/shower and two double bedrooms.
The flat is modern and in a good state given it was fully renovated just two years ago.
I live with a small Terrier dog. She is an angel and quite old and calm now. And yes she is allowed to go up on the sofa. So if you are not a dog person then sadly the flat is not for you :)
The location is great as it is located just behind Stoke Newington High Street (behind Cafe Z bar), so you get to enjoy the bustling life of the high street but without the noise :)
All bills are included in the rent ! (Council Tax, water, electricity and gas central heating). 1GB fibre optic broadband is also included and there is a really nice desk in the living room which anyone that WFH can use during the week (I work in the office full-time).
A bit about me. I’m a really easygoing and chill person that enjoys the odd night out. Keeping the flat clean is important for me, though I am not a hygiene freak. I'm really interested in languages, currently trying and failing to learn Spanish :) Other than that I’m really into music, especially Flamenco music :)
