I have large furnished double room to sublet in 6 bed shared house. Split over 3 floors with 2 bathrooms, a toilet, kitchen, lounge, utility room and garden.

It's available from 30th Jan - 3rd March all bills included.

You will be sharing the space 2 girls and 3 guys working in varying consulting/tech/events industries.

We all get on really well so the right person should be sociable and respectful to become the 6th housemate. To keep things harmonious, we would like to keep the gender split equal and are looking for a female between 25 - 45.

We have a mix of WFH and in the office but with a big house and desks in each room it's never a problem.

The room available is at the top floor, looking onto the street with large windows getting loads of natural light.

We're in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Stoke Newington high street/church street and 3 minutes from Rectory Road overground.
