Hello!
Our lovely flatmate is moving back to Australia so we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over her lease in our 3-bed flat in Stoke Newington. The location is unmatched, a stones throw from Clissold Park and walking distance to both Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations.
Your room would be a fully furnished double room, with a big wardrobe and underbed storage. You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other person. We are lucky enough to have a large living room and a shared communal garden which is great for a BBQ in the summer!
You’d be living with Tamsin (me) and Emily. We’re both lawyers and both 28. I’m British and Emily is Australian. We both WFH a few days a week (but usually on opposite days!).
We’re a fairly social household, we love to have a wine together and going to our local pub when the weather’s good (and even when it’s not!). Ideally we’re looking for someone who could be a friend and not just a flatmate - but we also both have our own friendship groups in London!
Boring bits:
- Rent is £950 p/m (exc. bills)
- Bills are approx. £150 p/m.
- Deposit is £1154 (not £1050 - Spareroom wouldn’t allow me to put the correct figure)
- We have a two year lease which would be up in June 2027 and no intention of leaving before that’s up, so ideally looking for someone who plans on being here for a while!
