Hi guys
I'm moving out of this fantastic flat on 02/08 and I'm looking for someone to take over my room. It's a joint tenancy, so you will be sharing with my current flatmate - a chill Kiwi in her 40's.
The room's not huge (and my bed in the photos is a lot larger than a standard double, so with a regular double it will be more spacious) but there is built in storage in the ceiling over the bathroom.
We are right on Church street opposite Abney park, so really handy for transport and all the bars and restaurants of Stokie. Despite being in the thick of it, the flat is surprisingly quiet (as the bedrooms are at the back).
There is a gorgeous roof terrace, so extra plants are welcome! Just to note: the roof terrace is accessed through my flatmates room, so you'll need to be OK with that.
We have no age or gender preferences, but looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy and easy to get along with.
Ideally, you won't be WFH full-time (as this adds a lot to utility bills) but the occasional day is fine.
I'll be taking my artwork in the lounge, so there will be space to put up art etc and make the space more personalised.
My bed has great storage underneath (big drawers). I'm happy to sell the bed and wardrobe for £70 if you need furniture. However, you will need your own mattress as I'll be taking that (it's super comfy).
