Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate from 7 November 2026.

I’ve lived here for three years and have made it feel like home. It’s a bright, modern, fully furnished split-level maisonette with two double bedrooms, a bathroom plus second WC, balcony and small private courtyard. The available room is a double with fitted wardrobes.

Dalston Overground is around a 10-minute walk away, with buses right outside. There’s also secure bike storage and permit parking.

About me

I’m 36 and work as a Customer Experience Project Manager, splitting my week between home and the office. I’m gay and looking to share with someone comfortable in an LGBTQ+ household.

I’m positive, easy-going and social, but also value downtime. I enjoy the gym, walking, swimming, travelling, cooking, exploring London and seeing friends.

My partner is moving out, but we’re still together and he’ll stay over one or two nights most weeks. I occasionally have friends over, but this isn’t a party flat.

Who I’m looking for

Someone friendly, clean, respectful, communicative and independent, with their own life and plans.

It would be great to become friends as well as flatmates, while still respecting each other’s space.
