Small Stokey/Dalston Double

Wagwan Alaikum brothers and sisters,

Due to a last min drop out we have only 2 weeks to find a new flatmate for our goooorgeous stokey flat, I believe its known as a duplex over the water but basically we have the best bit of the house because we get the garden etc.

Your potential new room has a double bed, second floor height advantage, south facing window and some bits of furnature etc you are welcome to keep if you wish.

Ideal flatmate mid 30s, chill, open to anyone as long as you arn't some big mad right wing gamon

Living with Matt and Husni, tremendous lads from Manchester and Ireland. We both work in hospitality (wine + events) so you'll barely see us! House is really good for someone who likes their own space but also an coffee and a natter.

Bills approx 100 but might rise a little

I think for zen + balance purposes we would like a girl flatmate but again not super fussed
