I'm looking for someone to take over my daughter's lease for a charming 2 bed flat-share in Stoke Newington/Dalston borders.
Close to all of the action this creative and up and coming part of London has to offer, a few minutes walk from local trains and buses and 15mins into central London.
The flat is cozy, with a recently refurbished kitchen-diner where flatmates actually cook and hang out (gas hob, oven, washing machine, dining table) with friends, and a modern shared bathroom with a bath/shower.
There is a cute little private courtyard garden- an outdoor space to make your own and a rarity in London.
The room is a great size, with a double bed, desk and plenty of storage and feels less cramped than many London flats. It is bathed in natural light and looks directly onto the courtyard for complete privacy.

You'll be staying with a 20 nsomething female flatmate in a relaxed, tidy and easygoing household, oh, and an affectionate cat. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and happy to settle into a genuinely nice little home.
