Cozy House in Stoke Newington/Dalston

We are looking for a new housemate as our friend is moving back to Australia! There is currently one male and one female living in the two upstairs rooms of the house, the third bedroom (maybe your new room!) is on the downstairs floor.
All the rooms are en-suite and there is an extra bathroom in the kitchen/living area.
The house is opposite Rectory Road Station so commute into the city takes 10/15 minutes.
We split all the bills equally, and also share most things in the kitchen etc. (apart from food bought for yourself of course).
We are sociable people who have known each other for a few years now, so we often have visitors who we promise are all lovely.
Both of us are currently working in hospitality so our hours can sometimes vary but we like to try to spend time together as a house when we can.
Looking for someone who is easy-going, also sociable and not messy.
