I am moving out of our lovely four bed flatshare in Stokey (😢). There is a double room going from the 23rd of October. Drop me a message if you’re interested with a little info about yourself and we can arrange a viewing / chat! ☺️

There are renovations under way in other rooms in the flat, but viewings are still on the table this week and once the renovations are done by the end of the weekend, then all will be back to normal.

Also, the room is unfurnished, and I am looking to sell my bed and mattress, both purchased new at the beginning of my tenancy. Please let me know if you would like to buy it on beginning your tenancy!

The 106 stops right outside and takes 7 mins to Finsbury Park, and 6 min to Stoke Newington overground. Liverpool street is 33 mins away door to door! For those of us who prefer to walk, it is only a 20 min walk to Finsbury Park without the bus (also near Canonbury overground, 141, 341 and loads of buses on Stoke Newington high street)
