Sublet large bedroom with a full furnished room

I am subletting my room in a 2 bed flat.
My house mate is also planning on subletting her room too for a shorter period of time.

The bedroom I am subletting is full furnished including the flat, there is plenty of storage facilities and it will come with a full functioning kitchen including pots and pans, cutlery etc.

I will require the person who is subletting the room to take it on for the full time which is December until Midday May however I can be flexible with move in dates.
As a guarantee and safety I will request a month's deposit equal to the rent.
The rent including council tax and bills is capped at £960 so you will be able to enjoy using heating, hot showers etc without worrying throughout the winter months.

I am planning on running viewings this Wednesday 14/10 and 15/10 so please only message me if you are able to view the flat and are happy with everything stated above :)
