Stunning & Homey: 3 Bed, 2 Bath in Stoke Newington

Hello!

We are Coline & Patrick, a French/Australian couple.

We have lived in flatshares for years in different countries and, having just bought our first home, we want to fill it with amazing flatmates to build incredible memories with.

The flat occupies the top two floors of a stunning period conversion. So, it gets a lot of natural light and has a beautiful view out of the living room and bedrooms.

The rooms available to let are large double rooms and you will share a large bathroom (with a bathtub) with one other person. The pictures on this profile are from the RightMove listing, so the furniture will not be the same as displayed. However, we already have very nice furniture to furnish the space with. You will get to furnish your room however you like.

Rent will be £1200pcm plus utilities, wifi and council tax (split evenly amongst the four roommates).

We are looking for two female roommates or a couple between the ages of 25-35 who:
- care about living in a home, not just a place to sleep;
- are clean and tidy; and
- are keen to socialise but understand and respect other peoples' down-time.

We enjoy cooking, hosting a chill night in with games or films, sharing good food, wine and a laugh.

We are moving into the flat in early November and are looking for roommates to move in around the same time.

We love cats and dogs. So, pets are allowed but only if they are very well trained.

A little bit more about us: Patrick is an Australian lawyer who loves travel, nature, hiking, cooking, running, cycling, rugby, pubs & bars and reading. Coline is a French designer who enjoys food, cooking, books, travel, yoga, architecture, travel, galleries, museums, wine and cocktails, and hosting beautiful events.
