Bright double room in our large, peaceful family home in Stoke Newington, shared with a couple, our 18-year-old daughter, and friendly small dog Willow.
We are looking for a kind, considerate, and respectful lodger to join our household. While it’s a big house with plenty of space, it’s a calm and relaxed environment - just three of us living here.
The Space & Amenities:
* Shared access to a very large kitchen-diner and a separate, enormous living room, offering plenty of space and privacy
* Access to a private back garden
* All bills included in the monthly rent.

* Vibrant Neighborhood: minutes from the local cafes, boutique shops, and restaurants on Stoke Newington Church Street and the High Street.
* Green Spaces & Nature: within walking distance to several parks and green spaces, including the much loved Clissold Park, the Lee Valley Marshes, and the Stoke Newington Reservoirs (Woodberry Down) - perfect for open-water activities, running, or quiet walks.
* Great Transport: A 10–15 minute walk to Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line), as well as direct bus routes and nearby Overground connections.
