The room is large, sunny, well furnished and overlooks the south facing garden and has its own front entrance. There is a wet-room upstairs with a toilet & shower. You have your own cooking facilities in the hall outside your room (fridge, kettle, microwave, airfryer, induction hob & halogen oven) & there is a shared washing machine. My Victorian house is quiet and just off Stoke Newington road in South Stokey. It is very near many shops, cafés, restaurants & buses. Dalston and Overland trains 10mins by bus or 15mins walk.
Ideally, I am looking for a quiet, friendly, independent, mature, full-time working woman who likes a quiet home in a period house. £950 inc. bills. No couples. Could suit someone wanting temporary accommodation (min. 3 m ) or mon-fri.
