Beautiful room in quiet house in S.Stoke Newington

The room is large, sunny, well furnished and overlooks the south facing garden and has its own front entrance. There is a wet-room upstairs with a toilet & shower. You have your own basic cooking facilities in the hall outside your room (fridge, kettle, microwave, airfryer). My Victorian house is large and quiet and just off Stoke Newington road in South Stokey. It is very near many shops, cafés, restaurants & buses. Dalston and Overland trains 10mins by bus or 15mins walk.

Ideally, I am looking for a quiet, friendly, independent, mature, full-time working woman who likes a quiet home in a period house.. Not suitable for someone who wants to cook or entertain a lot. £975incl. bills. No couples.
