Hi lovely people, This beautifully presented two double bedroom Ground floor flat is located opposite Streatham Common Train Station on a quiet family friendly street in Streatham Common. This property benefits from a spacious lounge/dining area with lots of light, Decent size kitchen , spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combination , a back garden and free Street Parking.
We have a Sainsbury’s and other market-stores 2 mins from the flat. Also within walking distances of amazing pubs and restaurants in the local area. The property is also 5 - 10 minute walk from Streatham Common Park , Streatham Station, A Big Tesco Extra , M&S food , Aldi and Gym Group. There are multiple bus stops to take you to Streatham High Street and Brixton , so very ideal location to live.
The property comes fully furnished or semi furnished (depending if you want to purchase some items from the leaving tenant, bed , wardrobes , shelves etc).
Looking for someone with a Full Time Office or Hybrid Job . Kind/Nice/Friendly/Sociable/No Drama person (not just stay in your room) , no short tempered or quick tempered or judgey individuals please. Please be neat , clean and hygienic (very important). If you are vegan/vegetarian please be okay with a carnivore as i eat meat and dairy products. No super religious people please. Cool to hangout with on occasion, cook together , cinema outings , restaurant/pub , museums, gallery visits and the occasional rave if applicable. Preferably no smoking. Hard drugs and binge drinking is a hard no. All races, nationalities and ethnicities welcome.
As for me I am healthcare professional in Central London in a Full time job. Friendly , laidback, clean and neat. I enjoy global travel, reading , cinema, museums , art galleries , exhibitions , concerts , keeping fit/gym , the occasional rave & general pop-culture stuff among many other things.
