Approximately £1,200 per month, including all bills.

The house is located on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from Streatham Common station.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and you’ll have your own private bathroom right next to your room!

There’s also a spacious living room and a beautiful big garden — perfect for relaxing and feeling at home.

A little about me 😊

I’m a professional nanny working Monday to Friday. I’m friendly, sociable and pretty active. I love running, going to the gym, catching up with friends and enjoying a chilled evening at home.

I’d love to live with someone who’s up for the occasional chat, glass of wine or movie night, and I’m always happy to have a running or gym buddy too! That said, I completely appreciate that we all have our own lives, interests and routines, so there’s absolutely no pressure to socialise.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants a comfortable, relaxed home rather than just a room to rent.

Available from late October / early November – flexible with dates.
