Cozy single room (N7) in homey house share

Our friend Ruby is moving in with her girlfriend and so, we’re looking for another friendly person to take over our spare room and join our home (we're leaning more towards women and queer people, but all welcome to enquire!).

The property is a five-bedroom house share, with two toilets and one separate bathroom. We also have a kitchen, a separate living room and even a back garden for the odd barbecue on that one sunny day of the year.

We’re a friendly bunch and love to socialise, but more often than not we’ll be doing our own thing. If you move in with us you’ll be living with:

- Emma: French, bi🏳️‍🌈, theatremaker, dog walker and often at the Hampstead Heath for a swim, a coffee, or pretending to read all the books she can’t stop buying.

- Ana: Mexican-Londoner. Art girlie at a gallery in Hoxton. Expert furniture thrifter: will put your home decor skills to shame.

- Sam: Dancer, comedian, and producer. I love to cook in a big way, and I'm always getting out to see friends, shows, and a lot of friends' shows! Also gay as hell and non-binary if you're asking!

- Me! (Pablo): Bi, Spanish, screenwriter and film director. A real adventurous, man of the world: you can often find me at the local Odeon by myself on a weekday afternoon.

The room is available on February 1st. Once you make up your mind, we’ll ask for your deposit as a holding payment. You can then pay the first month of rent upfront on the day you move in. Some bills are included in the rent (electricity, broadband and council tax); household items (cleaning products, toilet paper, etc) and a twice-a-month cleaner are paid on top.
