Spacious single room to rent on a Monday to Friday basis only in friendly home near Kentish Town and Tufnell Park. Suitable for people who go out to work only.

The room is on first floor with two windows. It's around a 10 minute walk to either Kentish Town Tube/Thameslink, or to Tufnell Park Tube; or around a 20 minute walk to Calendian Road tube. Zone 2.

The flat is also a short journey to Camden Town, Hampstead Heath, Holloway, various overground stations including Kentish Town, Kentish Town West and Gospel Oak; and lots of bus routes. Examples:

Kentish Town: Routes 88, 134, 214, and C2 pass through Kentish Town. There are also night buses such as N20.

Camden Road: Routes 29, 253, 274, and 393. Night buses like N29 and N253 operate through this area too.

It’s a good sized large single room with a very comfortable single bed in it (which can be extended to a double).

You’d be sharing with us – a friendly couple (one London-born and one Brazilian) who enjoy our own space but are warm and approachable. If you’re looking for a relaxed, respectful home environment, this might be a perfect fit.

Shared kitchen/diner and bathroom (not living room).

We occasionally dog-sit for short periods, so it’s best suited to someone who doesn’t mind a furry guest every now and then.
