Lovely bright room in friendly and quiet house

We’re a family of four including my husband, our two teenagers our cat and me. We’re looking for a friendly person to take up our spare room.
We are architects, value the arts, critical thinking as much as solidarity, kindness and respect.
The room is airy, bright, high ceiling and south-west facing. It is fully furnished with a single bed but could fit a double bed if preferred. The shower room is shared.
(Another room is rented to a kind and discreet photographer.)
The kitchen / dining and the roof terrace is shared with everyone.
We are looking for a sociable and calm person to move in with us, it is available immediately but would only rent to someone who we were mutually feeling comfortable with :) Please do drop me a line anytime if you have any questions.
