We have a lovely light double room with a private bathroom available in a friendly, creative house share in the heart of Tufnell Park.

The room is £1,170 pcm, with bills coming to roughly £120 per month. It’s a bright double room with excellent built-in storage, including floor-to-ceiling cupboards, shelving, and a desk or dressing table area. The room also has its own private ensuite shower room, making it ideal for someone who wants a bit more privacy within a sociable home. It can come furnished with a bed.

The house is spread over three floors and has a big kitchen, a large bright living room, three toilets, two bathrooms, and a large attic for extra storage. The back of the house overlooks green space, with tennis courts nearby, and the area is calm and residential while still being very well connected.

You’d be living with four housemates aged 25–27, working across the arts, music management, education, sports, and marketing. We’re a friendly and relaxed household, we enjoy hanging out, the occasional pub quiz, and grabbing a drink after work, but we also keep things clean, tidy, and respectful. It’s not a party house, though we’re sociable and like the house to feel warm and welcoming.

The house is around 5 minutes from Tufnell Park tube station, with easy access into central London in about 15 minutes. There’s a shop a couple of minutes away, lovely pubs nearby, and the street is quiet and residential. There is parking on the street, though a permit is needed.
