I’m offering a lovely double room with your own bathroom in a spacious 115 sq m maisonette, conveniently located near Archway (7 min walk), Finsbury Park station (10 minute bus) and Crouch Hill overground (7min walk), with plenty of bus routes nearby (210, 91, 41, W7).
Crouch End is 5 minutes walk and Archway & Stroud Green under 10 minutes walk.
You will be living with me, a professional actuary and my lovely 11 year old daughter.
While we’re mostly busy with our own schedules, would be lovely to socialise from time to time , share dinner and a glass of wine. It would be a bonus to make new friends in addition to being housemates.

My daughter spends every other weekend away with her dad from Friday to Monday , has overnight stays every week Wednesday to Thursday and half the school holidays.

Our current housemate has left to get her own place so the room is available again from 9th June.

There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining room .

The separate living room is also where I work from home 3-4 days per week.
