Bright Dbl room in 3Br home

Hello,

We are in the lovely Crouch Hill / Crouch End area opposite Elthorne Park with links to Archway tube station and Finsbury Park tube station.

I work as an actuary (currently approx 1-2 days in the City , 3-4 days from home) and my lovely & bubbly daughter who is 10 has a whole array of school and before/after school activities and weekend classes/activities. She also spends 1/3rd of her time at her dad’s house, away every other weekend Friday am to Monday pm and Wed am to Thu pm every week. It’s a quiet home overall , even when we are here, we cook, we eat , we read or play games in one of our bedrooms and most of the time we are out.

I shared in London for 10 years before i bought this place and on and off over the last 10 years in this house. Enjoy the company of others, am easy going and considerate and value open communication.

Would be lovely to find someone who is equally happy to do their own thing as they are having a meal, chat or glass of wine together. Also happy with someone who needs their own space most of the time and to recharge at home.

The available double bedroom (in the pictures) has recently had new carpets installed and a king size murphy bed with Emma mattress.

Apart from the bed frame the room can come unfurnished or with the option of a desk and wardrobe.

The home is a spacious 115 sq. m laid out over 3 floors, 3 bedrooms , 1 bath, 1 ensuite and 1WC. No queue for the toilet / shower ! Lounge with views over London ( the Shard, St Paul’s cathedral and Canary Wharf) and a kitchen with dinning table. Plenty of space!

With regards to pets, would consider well behaved dogs but no cats as I’m unfortunately allergic.
