A lovely, spacious double room is available in a charming private mews house in Upper Holloway (N19), ideally located between Archway and Tufnell Park.

I’m sadly moving back to Australia and looking for someone to take over my room from the end of November.

The Housemates

You’ll initially be sharing with four friendly working professionals: a British girl, a Kiwi girl and an Aussie couple. The Aussie couple are also moving out in December, so there will be some changes to the household.

It’s been a genuinely lovely house to live in, with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a great balance of having your own space while still enjoying a sociable home.

The Location

The house is ideally situated in Upper Holloway, just off Holloway Road, with plenty of local pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.

Transport links are excellent:

* Upper Holloway Overground: approximately 3–5 minutes’ walk
* Archway Underground (Northern line): approximately 8–10 minutes’ walk
* Tufnell Park Underground (Northern line): approximately 15–18 minutes’ walk

A great location for getting around London, with easy access to central London and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Tenancy

The existing tenancy will need to be transferred into the new tenant’s name, subject to the landlord’s approval and the necessary tenancy arrangements.
