En Suite Room Available (Bills Included!)

We’re looking for someone to sublet a room in our lovely shared terraced house for a short-term stay. The house is in a great location in Zone 1, with Kennington Station and Elephant & Castle Station both about a 10-minute walk away.

The room itself is large and spacious and comes with its own en suite bathroom, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. There’s also a shared kitchen and a garden out back, which is great for hanging out, having a coffee outside, or storing bikes.

The area has loads of nice pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and you can get into central London very quickly by bus or tube.

It’s a really comfortable house in a super convenient location — ideal if you’re looking for somewhere easygoing and well-connected for a short stay. Drop us a message if interested! 🙂
