Large double room in 4-bed house, £850 plus bills

One large double room available in a 4 bed house in Walworth. The house is spacious with 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/lounge and patio garden. Old Kent Road is a 2 minute walk away with lots of bus connections and Elephant and Castle is a 20 minute walk. It’s a 12 minute cycle to the city. There is a Lidl and a big Tesco within a 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants available on Old Kent. There is space to store and lock bikes up in the garden as well as an E-bike station 20 meters from the house.

You’ll be living with 3 lovely ladies aged 26-27 all working. We’re all friends and know each other from Leeds university. We’re not a huge party house but love pub pints, dinner/drinks at home and a good boogy here and there. We’re all busy bees and have lots going on but we always bump into each other throughout the week whether having dinner together at home, watching a movie or going to the pub.

The rent is £850 + £925 deposit. Bills come to around £90 a month, usually less.
