I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person to take over a bedroom in this lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat, as my current housemate is heading off to sunny Madeira for a little while! ☀️🌴

There is flexibility to rearrange things to suit your own setup.

The flat is right next to Burgess Park, with excellent transport links nearby, including Elephant & Castle, Kennington and Camberwell.

There’s also plenty to do locally, with lots of good pubs, bakeries, cafés and restaurants within easy reach. Elephant Park is nearby too, with plenty of shops, places to eat and green space.

For groceries, there’s a large Lidl nearby, as well as Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s within easy reach, so you’re never far from a supermarket.

Bills are currently around £170 per person per month, paid by direct debit and has been the same for the last 12 months. The amounts may vary slightly depending on any changes to the individual bills.

👋🏻 A little about me
I work in healthcare and have a hybrid working schedule, usually working from home three days a week and in clinic twice a week in my own room.

Outside of work, I’m quite active and spend a lot of my free time doing Olympic weightlifting 🏋️‍♂️. I also enjoy gaming a lot 🎮 and generally keeping active. I’m fairly sociable and often head out and about at the weekends, but I also really value having some downtime at home.

I’m clean, tidy, considerate and respectful, and I really value having a home that feels comfortable and well looked after. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and would ideally like to live with someone who is similarly open-minded, respectful and accepting of others.

I’m pretty easygoing and happy for us to have our own separate lives and do our own thing. That said, it would also be nice to have a housemate who is up for doing things together occasionally — whether that’s grabbing some food, watching something or heading out for a drink.
