Bright double room in friendly 5-person flat!

I’m moving back to Switzerland earlier than planned, so my room is available to take over in a friendly flatshare on Mina Road, SE17, on the edge of Burgess Park, between Walworth and Bermondsey.

I’m honestly really sad to leave this flat. The atmosphere is genuinely lovely, and my housemates are all super nice and easy-going. We regularly do things together, from dinners at home to evenings out, while everyone still respects each other’s space. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and not just a room, this is it!

You’d be joining 4 housemates:
Aniela - 25, UAL MA Visual Effects student from Poland, loves yoga and anything arts related, a barista during the weekends (which means a lot of free pastries being brought home):))
Matilda - 24, studying at King’s to become an English teacher; loves reading, singing and playing the guitar, and is very sociable. Originally from Wales, but studied in the States for a few years!
Ulan - 23 + Irish - med student @kcl, loves trying new pubs + restaurants and big fan of carboot sales and thrifting ! :)
William - 24, software engineer, also originally from Wales - loves music + playing guitar, and plays chess at a chess club locally !

Easy access to Elephant & Castle, with plenty of bus routes into central London
Close to the shops, cafés and markets of Walworth and Bermondsey

Practical details
Rent: £800 per month, plus bills of around £70 per month (council tax, water, gas, electricity and wifi; gas and electricity may go up a bit in winter)
Deposit: £923
Available: from early-mid November
Long-term let: the tenancy is periodic, with no fixed end date
The new tenant will be added to the tenancy with the landlord and agent’s approval, with standard checks
