THIS IS A SHORT TERM LET ideally FOR 2 CONTRACTORS TAKING BOTH ROOMS but is available for 1-4 people.

Smart 2 bed flat with 2 double bedrooms available for short term, Monday-Sunday let’s for 2 contractors or short term stays of between 4 to 90 days Monday to Sunday. Depending on availability due to other bookings.

The property has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. it is fully furnished and equipped. Weekly Cleaning, bed linen change and change of towels, is provided. All bills are included for contractors. A surcharge is payable for individuals who plan to work from the address. A daily charge of £5 or weekly charge of £20 is payable to work from the property.

2 guest and 2 rooms Monday - Friday (check in 4pm and check out 10am) £380 per week

1 guest 1 room Monday - Friday (check in 4pm and check out 10am) £320 per week

1 guest 7 days per week ££500 per week

2 guests 1 room Monday - Friday (check in 4pm and check out 10am) £350 per week

Nightly rates
2 guest 2 rooms per night Sunday to Thursday £100 per night Friday & Saturday £175 per night.

2 guests 1 room per night Sunday to Thursday £90 per night. Friday & Saturday £155 per night.

1 guest 1 room for 1 night between Sunday to Thursday £95 per night. Friday & Saturday £140 per night.

We have ongoing bookings through out the month so please get in touch for availability.

Full payment is required in advance for all nights booked. A security deposit is also required.

Additional guests staying at property that are not confirmed in the original booking will be charged £25 per night, per person.

This property is only available for individuals who have already have a permanent address elsewhere.

We offer a free check in between 3-4pm 7 days a week. Early check ins from 1pm are available at a charge of £20. Check out is 10am, 1pm checkouts are available for £20. If an early check in and late check out are required a charge of £25 is payable.
