2 rooms bedrooms available. pick sizes. Stuff is negotiable.

There is one single room currently in use. I am a part-time live in landlord(I travel)

House has three toilets, two bathrooms (one is a downstairs wet room), share kitchen and lounge. Second reception (Dining room) is used for storage for now.

House is in a quiet street, quiet ambience. Tesco is near by as is bus to Liverpool one.. Central park and Liscard shopping centre nearby as is the promenade (8mins walk). open. to discuss rent for the right person.

Bicycle house hold..

References will be required! All rooms have a TV and bed.. and have a wardrobe/desk/chair.

For use, is a washing machine, dishwasher and dryer available.

There are 2 of 3 bedrooms plus one small single available (could be a single bedroom) only want a maximum of two lodgers. .

House is council tax band B. Bills to split include electric, gas and TV license.

You do not have to be LGBTiA+ but to just be aware it is a friendly safe space. Suit clean quiet friendly people.

No smoking in the house.

I used to allow pets - no pets now preferred but if you have them then you must agree they are kept at your complete responsibility and full cost (extra deposit may be necessary) also must have pet insurance.

I like to know bit about you too. Pictures are nice. Mine are mostly dark as I forget to use flash and pictures were taken at night. I am. not a pro photographer! I live an active busy life...
