Each room has been designed to be incredibly comfortable. The mattresses are cutting edge and pocket sprung.

The kitchen space is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need and includes: Hob, Oven, Microwave and Fridge Freezer. There is also cutlery, plates, pots and pans for your use. When we say you could move in with a suitcase, we really mean it!

A brand new central heating system brings heat and warmth into the house as well as a brand new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a further WC to be enjoyed, making sure theres no waiting around.

As for location, we think it’s perfect - only a short walk away from the City Centre as well as great connections onto the A45 to access the surrounding areas.

One simple all-inclusive monthly fee covers:
