Beautifully designed, uniquely finished high quality rooms in a great location in Wellingborough. Each room comes fully furnished and also has the benefit of coming with its own fridge & kettle!

Each room has been designed to be incredibly comfortable. The mattresses are cutting edge and pocket sprung.

The kitchen space is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need and includes: Hob, Oven, Microwave and Fridge Freezer. There is also cutlery, plates, pots and pans for your use. When we say you could move in with a suitcase, we really mean it!

A brand new central heating system brings heat and warmth into the house as well as a brand new kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers and a further WC to be enjoyed, making sure theres no waiting around.

As for location, we think it’s perfect - only a short walk away from the City Centre as well as great connections onto the A45 to access the surrounding areas.

One simple all-inclusive monthly fee covers:

1. All brand-new fittings, furniture, artworks and appliances (linen pack is optional),
2. All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband),
3. A cleaner (weekly cleaning of the communal areas. Individual room cleaning can be arranged at extra cost),
4. A gardener (monthly maintenance of lawn, flower beds and hard landscaping),

The deposit is equivalent to one months rent and is protected with a tenancy deposit scheme.

All our rooms are for single occupancy only.
