Furnished modern double room to let with cleaner

Hello,
I am living in landlady and I have modern, clean, bright double furnished room to let. The room has two large double wardrobes with 4 decent size draws, double bed with a mattress & shoe cabinet. One wardrobe has full length mirror. All furniture is white and new. You will need to provide your own duvet and pillows.
You will have access to newly refurbished bathroom (shared only with me) with a fitted shower and heated towel rail.
The kitchen is new with modern appliances available (cooker, oven, grill, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer)

The house is located on a very quiet and safe road, it is 10 min walk to town centre, 7 min walk to Tesco express & Waendel leisure centre. Local amenities, Aldi, corner shops are 10 min walk. The growing popular Rushden Lakes shopping centre is 15 min drive.
Street Parking space, WiFi and Access to the garden available.

I am looking for a mature professional person who is clean, tidy, respectful and who ideally works regular office hours. Whilst we will interact, you should be comfortable in your own space. I am easy going and get on with most. My current flatmate has been living with me for 6 years .

The room is available from 1st October. Referencing and credit checks will be done to all applicants .
