Peaceful ensuite double room, 5min walk to station

Furnished ensuite double room available in a 3 bed house on a pleasant, quiet street - nice area of Wellingborough, 5 mins walk from train station, 3 mins walk to CastleField park and 10 mins walk to the centre.

Ensuite built only earlier this year. The room has a king size bed, side table with lamp, a desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedding provided if needed.

South facing and on third floor, so it gets quite a lot of sun.

Please note the stairs to the room are quite steep and narrow (see pics), this room may not be suitable for larger people.

Both myself and other tenant are friendly, respectful and clean people, and looking for someone similar.

I live elsewhere for work most of the time, back just on the occasional weekends so you should feel there is plenty of space in the house.

Shared living space has the essentials - sofa, dining table, tv. Still in process of furnishing these rooms. Parking on street available with permit.

Room is £165 per week (£715 per month) which includes all bills including broadband and council tax. Moving in date can be anytime from 26th October onwards.

Sorry no pets. Single occupancy only.

A previous landlord and/or work reference would be much appreciated. Rolling 1 month lodger contract to be signed by us both before moving in.
