Self-Catering B&B styled accommodation at 7 Landor, Wellingborough is designed for Contractors working away from home - free use of laundry and kitchen. Free Wi-Fi

Guests can stay seven days a week - we offer a Bed & Breakfast style room, aimed at contractors working away from home, typically needing to stay a few days to a few months at a time.

Rooms include flat-screen digital TV, Fibre speed Wi-Fi, use of kitchen, laundry facilities, free tea / coffee etc.

We have a designated smoking area outside.

Rooms can be booked and paid for on a weekly basis, 4-weekly basis or monthly basis to suit you.

A discount applies to 4-weekly / monthly payments, but weekly payments of £190 (standard room) and £200 (large) are usually perfect for contractors or those on training courses.

The house is warm, clean, bright and focused on contractors. All rooms are doubles for comfort but are for single occupancy only.

Parking for large Vans as well as cars is about 30 seconds walk from the front door.

As we keep a quiet house for contractors working shifts, we do not permit visitors / partners / friends etc.

As well as offering accommodation for contractors, we are also able to provide rooms for people in the middle of a property chain that need short term accommodation while their new home completes.

This is an extended stay B&B style base for contractors working in the area where hotel accommodation is too expensive and a full assured tenancy is too long term.
