I am Looking for a single person no couple (lodger)for a double bedroom en- suite in a private and cosy flat. in Croydon, South London. The flat is 10 minutes away from Croydon University Hospital.
The en-suite room will be available on /30th/6/2025.
This is a perfect and quiet place for someone who works overnight or long hour shifts. Cleans, respectful, straight communicator with the awareness of living with in a private and cosy place.

The lodger has is own room with bathroom and we will share kitchen only.
The kitchen is fully furnished including kitchen utensils, pots etc. preferably someone who cooks light or like cooking at once and stored in the refrigerator etc.
All Bills included Council Tax ( Electricity, Gas , Water, and wifi ).
Good transport connection:
Thorthon Heat station, West Croydon station and East Croydon station.
25/30 minutes to central London: victoria station and London bridge.

Furthermore, the flat sits within close proximity of a wide range of local shops and facilities, and within a walking distance of Croydon town Centre.
