We are a houseshare of 3 polite, respectful, professionals, 1 female, 2 men. The British civil servant has his own ensuite (professional, works long hours). You'll share the bathroom with two other single people (care home manager and senior receptionist).

The bedroom is compactly sized for a single person, but not for a couple. Well-equipped own storage area (cannot see in pic), chest of drawers, bedside table and full size big mirror wardrobe. Central heating, lockable own door. It's absolutely fine for one person. No sofa anymore, so even more space.

Kitchen, lounge, included WiFi, large American-style fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer too.

Location is fantastic; it really is 3-4 mins walk from: East Croydon rail/bus/tram, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Boxpark, 24hr gyms etc. However, this is a busy urban multicultural area, so not silent like the countryside.

I'm looking for a new housemate who doesn't complain much, and who is a deep sleeper, as we all have different working hours. You must also agree to our general home cleaning routine, as we are mature and sensible. Preferably not someone working from home.
