We are a houseshare of 3 polite, respectful, professional men. The British civil servant has his own ensuite (professional, works long hours). You'll share the bathroom with two other single people (Spanish primary school teacher and the owner, working in finance).

This single bedroom is not huge - it's sized for a minimal person who doesn't have tons of stuff. Own storage area (cannot see in pic) and full size big mirror wardrobe. Central heating, lockable own door. It's absolutely fine for one person. No sofa anymore, so even more space.

Kitchen, lounge, included WiFi, large American-style fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer too.

Location is fantastic; it really is 3-4 mins walk from: East Croydon rail/bus/tram, Sainsburys, Boxpark, 24hr gyms etc. However, this is a busy urban multicultural area, so not silent like the countryside.

I'm looking for a new housemate who's truly easygoing, doesn't complain much, and is a deep sleeper as we all have different working hours. Preferably not someone working from home. In return I will try to flexible and understanding too, and will assure you have a calm stay with trustworthy, reliable housemates.
