Cosy double room in 2-person home -Central Croydon

Hi!

I’m looking for a female working professional to share my two-bedroom home in Central Croydon. It’s just me living here, and I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate who will treat the house like a home.

The room is a cosy double with an ottoman bed and plenty of under-bed storage, a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and small desk for working from home. It would suit someone with a hybrid working set-up.

You’ll have full use of the rest of the house, including the shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and garden. There’s also a washer/dryer and a cleaner comes twice a month.

The house is on a quiet residential street but really well connected – East, South and West Croydon stations are all around a 15-minute walk away, and the high street is less than 5 minutes away. There are also lots of great cafés, restaurants and green spaces nearby.

A little about me - I’m a management consultant and work from home a couple of days a week. I enjoy travelling and I’m a big foodie so always trying new restaurants! I’m sociable and would love to live with someone I can have a chat or glass of wine with, but equally appreciate us both having our own space.

I keep the house clean and well looked after (and we have a cleaner twice a month), so I’d ideally like to live with someone who’s similarly tidy and conscientious.

£775 pcm + £220 monthly contribution towards bills (£995 total). This includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and twice-monthly cleaning.
