1 fresh bedroom to let

Hi, I am currently looking for a lodger to lounge in my flat for a minimum 6 months but might extend depending.

The flat is situated in a very quiet area with good transportation to central London. From my flat its 10 minute to East Croydon then to get to Central London 16 minute by train There are also local cafes and restaurant within 10 minute walk or to the nearby groceries stores.

I will currently be living there but not everyday so therefore just currently looking for a lodger. So You can expect to have the whole flat to yourself.

Room is fresh newly painted wall with new silent knight mattress and solid double bed frame. Carpets are like new still nice firm and fresh.

I am looking for a student clean and tidy and quiet or a single professional.
