A comfy, furnished rear-garden-facing double room (aka 2nd bedroom) in two-bathroom semi-detached house occupied by only me (live-in landlady to be). Room contents: Double bed with storage; 6' x 6' double wardrobe including two clothes hanging spaces, shelves and drawers; separate 6-drawer chest of drawers; table; lamp; & chair. An armchair & computer desk with 2 shelves (including a pull-out) can be provided. Also, some bed-linen if required. Share kitchen & at least one reception room. Currently, the living room is only used occasionally. Amenities: WiFi, TVs, 10kg-load washing machine. (Dishwasher and extra washing machine when refitted in due course). Outdoor space: Patio & garden, some shed storage.

Local amenities: Convenience shops (some late opening), restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, small park, cafe, take-away, laundry, dry cleaners, hair-dressers, chemists, dentists, GP & more, within easy walking distance. Hospital, 10 mins walk.

Transport: Bus stops are approx 5 - 7 mins walk away & collectively served by at least 10 buses. Bus journeys: Approx 5 - 7 mins to Selhurst BR; 5 - 7 mins to West Croydon BR, tram, bus station & shopping centre; or approx 10 - 12 mins to East Croydon tram, bus station & BR with fast trains into London & to Gatwick. Train journey is approx 20 mins or less by above line from East Croydon to Victoria, London Bridge, Clapham Junction.
