Room contents: Double bed with storage; 6' x 6' double wardrobe incl 2 clothes-hanging spaces, shelves & drawers; separate 6-drawer chest of drawers; table; lamp; chair. Armchair & computer desk with 2 shelves (one pull-out) can be provided. Some bed-linen if required. Share kitchen & at least one reception room. Currently, living room only used occasionally. Amenities: WiFi, TVs, 10kg-load washing machine. (Dishwasher & extra washing machine when re-plumbed in due course). Outdoor space: Patio & garden, some shed storage. Council Tax Property Band: D

Note: No smoking indoors. Vaping considered in agreed area/s indoors; no tobacco scent nor drugs.

Local amenities: Convenience shops (some late opening), supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, small park, cafe, take-away+, laundry, dry cleaners, hair-dressers, chemists, dentists, GP & more, within easy walking distance. Hospital, approx 10 mins walk.

Transport: Bus stops about 4 - 7 mins walk away, collectively served by approx 10 buses. Bus journeys: Approx 5 - 7 mins to Selhurst BR; 5 - 7 mins to West Croydon BR, tram, bus station & shopping centre; or approx 10 - 12 mins to East Croydon tram, bus station & BR with fast trains to London & Gatwick.
