Rooms have come up in our 8 bedroom South Croydon house share, and they're proper doubles. Every room here goes to one person only, so you're not paying London money to shuffle sideways past your own bed. 😅

Same price across all of them, so pick the one you actually like rather than the one that happens to be cheapest. Room 7 is the biggest in the house, Room 3 is the cosiest.

🗺️ THE AREA
You're seconds from South End, which is the bit of Croydon people actually rave about. Restaurants, decent coffee, pubs that aren't rammed, all on your doorstep. And when you need to be somewhere else:

🚆 South Croydon station, about 5 minutes on foot
🚆 East Croydon about 13 minutes walk, then roughly 15 minutes into London Bridge or Victoria, and about 15 the other way to Gatwick
🚋 Trams from East Croydon out to Wimbledon and Beckenham
🛒 Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Iceland all walkable, plus Boxpark and the town centre just up the road
🌳 Lloyd Park and Wandle Park for when you want some grass under your feet
